This means that more frequent sauna visits can reduce the risk of premature death by 18 percentage points.

- Do not drink alcoholic beverages before and after the sauna. It is better to abstain from alcohol on that day.
- For beginners, the time in the steam room should not exceed 15-20 minutes.
- You need to drink a lot of water before and after visiting the steam room.
- Any indisposition is a reason to leave the sauna immediately.
